STUDENTS OF THE ACADEMY OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND MASS SPORTS WON A HISTORIC SILVER MEDAL AT THE WORLD CHESS OLYMPIAD!

Students of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports – Meruert Kamalidenova and Amina Kairbekova competed in the women's team of Kazakhstan, which won a silver medal at the World Chess Olympiad in Budapest. Their contribution to this historic victory was a big step in the development of chess in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan is actively developing chess at the world level, and the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports plays a key role in this process. The educational program «Teacher-trainer in table sports (chess)» trains highly qualified specialists who are capable of not only achieving success in chess competitions, but also passing on their knowledge and experience to future generations.

Meruert Kamalidenova and Amina Kairbekova demonstrate the effectiveness of the chess coach training program. Under the guidance of experienced teachers and mentors, they develop strategic thinking, improve tactics and methods of teaching chess. This helps them both in their personal sports achievements and in preparing for their future profession.

Studying in the educational program «Teacher-trainer in table sports (chess)» includes an in-depth learning of the theoretical and practical aspects of the chess game, psychological preparation, as well as teaching methods. This allows future coaches to understand the intricacies of not only the game, but also teaching chess at different levels - from beginners to professionals.
