On February 15, APEMS students visited the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the aim of patriotic education, familiarization with national culture and literature, expanding the horizons of young student athletes.

On the excursion, students were introduced to the rare library collection in the library museum, they were shown personalized reading rooms, talking about the writers and poets of ancient and modern Kazakhstan.

The students of the TR-2205 group also demonstrated their knowledge of literature by talking about Kazakh legends and reciting poems by Kazakh steppe poets.

The result of the tour was joint photographs and an exchange of thoughts, opinions about what they saw and heard during a visit to the national library. Future coaches call on all athletes to read fiction and increase knowledge about the life and culture of our people, the country as a whole.
