On April 19, 2025, Astana hosted the SPORT EMBA TALKS forum, organized by APEMS Business Academy with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This event became an important completion of the training of the second cohort of students of the Executive MBA program in sports management, which is one of the most popular educational initiatives in the field of sports.

The forum brought together more than 70 representatives of government agencies, sports federations, industry experts and current leaders of sports management. The forum discussed new approaches to management, challenges in the field of sports administration, as well as personal development stories, united under a single forum motto - "The history of success begins with you".

The participants were presented with an interactive art object: EMBA Unity Painting, symbolizing the unity, continuity and common values ​​of the EMBA community. Each graduate left a palm print and signature that will become part of the Academy's history. This initiative reflected not only the cohesion of graduates, but also their desire to make a personal contribution to the transformation of the sports industry in Kazakhstan.

The EMBA Sport Management program continues to confidently strengthen its position as a platform for training a new generation of professionals. The SPORT EMBA TALKS forum once again confirmed that education in sports management is not just knowledge, but a path to conscious leadership, innovation and sustainable development of sports in the country.
