On April 19, 2025, the Sport EMBA Talks forum was held in Astana, organized by APEMS Business Academy with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event became a landmark event in the field of sports education and was timed to coincide with the presentation of diplomas to graduates of the second stream of the Executive MBA (EMBA) program in sports management, implemented in partnership with leading international educational institutions.

SPORT EMBA TALKS – 2025 organized an interactive EMBA Speak Up zone, in which forum participants - heads of sports federations, state coaches, experts - demonstrated managerial and critical thinking in a limited time in the TEDx format.

Each participant was asked to select a random case question and propose a strategic solution in real time, based on practical experience, as well as knowledge gained within the EMBA Sport Management program. The EMBA Speak Up interactive session attracted great interest from the forum guests.

The creation of a network of alumni who are ready to take action in a critical situation emphasizes the importance of the EMBA Sport Management program as a key tool for training professionals ready to contribute to the sustainable development of sports in Kazakhstan.
