As part of the Sport EMBA Talks forum, which took place on April 19, 2025, in Astana, a motivational session in the TEDx format was held, dedicated to leadership, personal growth and entrepreneurship in sports and business.

Bright speakers - experts in their fields and founders of successful projects in Kazakhstan - presented their stories of transformation and professional development. Among the invited guests:

Aidar Makhmetov - multiple world champion and founder of the MaxTeam sports academy;

Maya Bekbaeva – a media manager, journalist, producer, founder of the media company Magic TV Production. She is the author of many popular programs and documentaries about the history of Kazakhstan;

Sergey Tsyrulnikov – the author of social and sports initiatives, creator of projects for young people;

Sundy Sultan – a TV presenter, journalist, founder of the SSLAB-TV television laboratory, author and producer of the KAZNEWS series.

Each speech reflected the path of professional and personal development, the importance of business education and adaptation to modern trends. The speakers emphasized strategic thinking and leadership competencies necessary for sustainable development.

The TEDx session became a real source of motivation, experience exchange and inspiration for the forum participants - middle and senior managers of sports organizations, representatives of the public sector and sports federations.
