On June 12, 2025, a solemn ceremony to sign memorandum of cooperation and mutual understanding between Kazakh and Korean organizations in the fields of education and sports was held within the framework of the International Summer School for Physical Education Teachers.

The signed documents aim to develop bilateral scientific and educational cooperation, exchange experience in the fields of physical education and sports, and implement joint projects aimed at improving teachers' skills and introducing innovative approaches to teaching physical education in schools.

A memorandum of cooperation and understanding was signed between the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports (Republic of Kazakhstan) and the Korea Institute of Sport Science (KISS) (Republic of Korea), and between the National Scientific and Practical Center for Physical Culture of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Korea Institute of Sport Science.

This document sets out the parties' intentions to develop bilateral cooperation in the fields of science, education, and sports. The memorandum aims to implement joint initiatives, exchange scientific knowledge, and conduct internships, master classes, conferences, and other events that contribute to improving the professional level of specialists in the fields of physical education and sports.
