On October 30, 2025, the Academy of Physical Culture and Mass Sports (APEMS) hosted an important meeting and the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Public Association Qazaq Aquatics.

The meeting was attended by the Federation’s Secretary General and Olympic Champion Dmitriy Balandin, Executive Director Assel Orynbassarova, and Rector of APEMS Tursynzada Kuangaliyeva.

Special attention was given to the prospects for developing educational and qualification programs for coaches, athletes, and sports managers of the Federation.

The event was also joined by strategic partners from Eklore-ED School of Management (France) — DBA Program Director Professor Frédéric Dosquet and Ulysse Ouvrieu. The parties discussed opportunities for international cooperation, overseas internships, and participation in dual-degree programs that meet global standards.

The signing of the Memorandum marked an important step in strengthening international partnerships and advancing sports education in Kazakhstan, opening new horizons for young specialists and professionals in the field of physical culture and sports.
