As part of the SPORT EMBA TALKS – 2025 forum, a diploma award ceremony was held for graduates of the second stream of the Executive MBA program in sports management of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports.

The forum became an important platform for exchanging experiences, discussing modern trends in the sports industry and developing management competencies. The event was attended by representatives of the National Olympic Committee, the Directorate for Sports Development, as well as heads of sports federations, sports schools of the Olympic reserve, coaching staffs, sports clubs and other organizations from all regions of the country.

The EMBA Sport Management program has established itself as a leading educational platform for training management personnel in the sports industry. To date, the contingent of students of the program is more than 200 people. The second graduation included 42 master's students, including heads of sports schools, directors of sports federations, honored coaches, public figures and other representatives of the sports industry.

All graduates became members of the Alumni EMBA Sport Management network, created to strengthen human resources and exchange management practices in the sports industry of Kazakhstan. The Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan became the Chairman of the Alumni Network.

The EMBA Sport Management program continues to confidently strengthen its position as a platform for training a new generation of professionals. The SPORT EMBA TALKS forum once again confirmed that education in sports management is not just knowledge, but a path to conscious leadership, innovation and sustainable development of sports in the country.
