This new format of cooperation united 22 leading sports universities and national federations from China, Russia, Belarus, South Korea, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Japan.
Our university became one of the co-founders of the Alliance, representing the Republic of Kazakhstan with distinction on the international stage and making a substantial contribution to the development of science, innovation, and professional training in the field of winter sports. Membership in the Alliance opens broad prospects for long-term cooperation with partner countries.
Within the framework of the Alliance, joint educational programs, academic mobility initiatives, international research projects, coaching and refereeing seminars, and student competitions are planned. Particular emphasis will be placed on organizing joint scientific conferences and forums aimed at advancing sports science, introducing innovations, and strengthening academic schools in winter sport disciplines.
A key focus of the Alliance’s activities will be the development of initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), where sport is viewed as an effective instrument for strengthening public health, engaging communities, and fostering a sustainable social environment. The Alliance will also prioritize the expansion of professional retraining and continuing education programs, including in the field of sports rehabilitation and recovery technologies.
In addition to scientific and educational initiatives, international exhibitions and presentations of sports innovations, equipment, and technologies are planned, which will enhance the exchange of experience and promote modern solutions within the winter sports industry.
The establishment of the Alliance marks an important step toward global integration, the strengthening of international partnerships, and the formation of new standards for the development of winter sports at the international level.
