In terms of academic mobility, a first-year student of the educational program «6B01405 – Physical education teacher and sports coach» at the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports, Yerassyl Akhmetzhan has passed a competitive selection for academic mobility and is currently undergoing training at the University of Rzeszów in Poland.

The University of Rzeszów is the largest educational institution in southeastern Poland, which maintains and develops relations with 61 international universities on a constant basis. The University of Rzeszów is also a team of outstanding scientists and teachers, laboratories with modern scientific equipment and educational facilities, a pro-student profile, social support, and assistance in building a professional career. Students have the opportunity to participate in 150 scientific, sports and artistic groups, operating at the university.  

The University of Rzeszów is one of the main partners of APEMS, thus, starting from 2022 the university warmly welcomes APEMS` students who are studying within the academic mobility program every semester. Therefore, the University of Rzeszów provided a warm welcome for Yerassyl, meeting him on the arrival day, helping him with organizational issues and adaptation, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the International Department of the university and faculty coordinators.
