A delegation from the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports (APEMS) visited the Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Kazakhstan and held a productive meeting with Ambassador Marcel Biato and Minister-Counselor Lilian Duarte. The main goal of the meeting was to discuss prospects for formal cooperation aimed at promoting and developing sports education in Kazakhstan.

With the support of the embassy, the Academy plans to establish close ties with Brazilian universities to organize academic exchanges between Kazakhstani and Brazilian institutions. As part of this collaboration, leading Brazilian coaches and experts will be invited to conduct masterclasses and seminars at the Academy, providing unique opportunities for sharing knowledge and experience in popular sports such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu and football.

Joint cultural events are also planned to promote Brazilian culture and sports in Kazakhstan. This cooperation will be an important step towards the development of sports education and strengthening international relations between Kazakhstan and Brazil.
