On March 17, 2023, a guest lecture was held with the participation of fitness expert, Master of Pedagogical Sciences Rinat Nugmanovich Ershinov on the topic «Modern and competent specialist in sports».

The purpose of the guest lecture: to help students to consider modern trends and approaches in the sports industry; to present a general picture of the modern market of sports services and products; to describe the key skills and competencies needed by a sports specialist at the present time; to talk about technological innovations that have influenced the training process and the medical care of athletes.

During the lecture, Rinat Ershinov shared his experience, gave valuable advice and recommendations on how to achieve success in his sports career. He discussed various aspects of training, proper nutrition, mental preparation and other important factors that can affect the performance of athletes. The coach also emphasized the importance of hard work, perseverance and self-discipline in achieving goals in sports and in life in general.
