APEMS has held the first meeting of the research group in the framework of the scientific project, including the discussions of the tasks, planned within the Project implementation. The head of the scientific project, Associate Professor PhD, Aibol Kulbayev welcomed the participants and congratulated the group on receiving a grant, emphasizing the high importance of the expected scientific outcomes in terms of the development and promotion of “Qazaq Kuresi”.

The specialists of the “Qazaq Kuresi” Association, namely General Director Yerlan Estek and Managing Director Damir Bekbosynov, presented a plan for sports events Qazaq Kuresi for 2023, on the basis of which a number of scientific research studies are planned in the pedagogical and medical-biological spheres with athletes of the national team of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Qazaq Kuresi.  

Besides, the results of the competition for grant funding for scientific and technical projects for 2023-2025 were announced on July 11th, 2023 by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the results of the competition, the APEMS` scientific project: "Scientific and methodological support of the training process of Qazaq Kuresi athletes with the use of a personalized approach" was awarded the grant funding with a total budget of 70,922,584 tenge for 2023-2025.

The project was developed on the initiative of the Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Qazaq Kuresi, PhD Erbol Myrzabosynov on the basis of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports in collaboration with the specialists from the Qazaq Kuresi Association.
