On February 8, 2024, the team of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports, together with Daulet Serikbayev, East Kazakhstan Technical University and Semey Medical University, as well as with CIS universities, applied for the European Union Program «ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE-DIRECTION-2 Capacity Building in higher education. Direction 2» on the topic «Development of innovative modules for sustainable sports management and medicine» for 2024-2026.

The partner countries are Poland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Malaysia, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, and Kazakhstan.
